Top level pages use a consistent navigation system (visually, a red bar across the top of the page under the titles.).
The majority of browsers allow access keys to be used. Some of them require a special combination of keys (called modifier), to be pressed before the access key is used. For example, if you are using Chrome, you could use Alt+0 to access this current page.

If tables are used, they are mainly for tabular data display.
Most content images used in top level pages include descriptive ALT attributes. Purely decorative graphics may include null ALT attributes.
This site uses cascading style sheets for visual layout. If your browser or browsing device does not support style sheets at all, the content of each page is still readable. The website also uses relative font sizes, that allow text size to be changed in visual browsers.
