La. Blesse this vnworthy husband, he cannot thriue,
La. Vnlesse her prayers, whom heauen delights to heare
La. And loues to grant, repreeue him from the wrath
La. Of greatest Iustice. Write, write Rynaldo,
La. To this vnworthy husband of his wife,
La. Let euerie word waigh heauie of her worth,
La. That he does waigh too light: my greatest greefe,
La. Though little he do feele it, set downe sharpely.
La. Dispatch the most conuenient messenger,
La. When haply he shall heare that she is gone,
La. He will returne, and hope I may that shee
La. Hearing so much, will speede her foote againe,
La. Led hither by pure loue: which of them both
La. Is deerest to me, I haue no skill in sence
La. To make distinction: prouide this Messenger:
La. My heart is heauie, and mine age is weake,
La. Greefe would haue teares, and sorrow bids me speake.
